The Gettysburg Foundation proudly serves as the official non-profit partner of the National Park Service (NPS) at Gettysburg National Military Park and Eisenhower National Historic Site. A contribution to the Gettysburg Foundation directly supports the NPS and our shared mission to preserve the Battlefield and educate Americans from all walks of life about the historical and modern importance of the Battle of Gettysburg.

Our mission is made visible in our state-of-the-art LEED certified Museum & Visitor Center, Battlefield preservation projects such as the rehabilitation of Little Round Top and Culp's Hill, preservation of living history and educational programming at the historic George Spangler Farm & Field Hospital, our nationally-renowned children’s history museum Children of Gettysburg 1863, leadership development programs for Fortune 500 companies and military personnel, and innovative historical story-telling such as virtual reality experience at the Gettysburg Lincoln Railroad Station™.
