Accountability for British Depredations During the American Civil War
with Licensed Battlefield Guide John Fitzpatrick
How did doggedly determined and driven U.S. diplomats discover, document and demand damages caused by British-enabled Confederate Commerce Raiders, [in particular the CSS Florida, Alabama and Shenandoah] during the American Civil War? Was that dispute between the U.S. and the U.K. ultimately resolved?
John is also an Attorney, Arbitrator and Veteran. He will provide all attendees several practical, real world, useful takeaways from the precedent setting resolution of this U.S, - U.K. dispute that could otherwise have easily devolved into war.
